Field Training Manager

I have six years of experience as a professional employee trainer and an additional six years as a Training Manager, supporting twenty-four locations from Minneapolis to Cleveland in the North and from Dallas to Miami in the South.

I have a passion for developing training processes, and procedures with a focus on the learner's maximum retention of the information.

I have recently created and project managed a certification program for the development of seventy-one trainers across the country.  More recently, I have submitted a proposal for a redesigned training program for all new employees, which launched on October 17, 2016 for 137 new hires across the organization.

I am also a co-author of a motivational book called How Much Water Do We Have?: 5 Success Principles for Conquering any Challenge and Thriving in Times of Change.
